Anne joined after her double hip replacement when she hadn't been able to get back to running.
She had always loved training and coming from a competitive sport background she was also ready for a new competitive challenge.
We first got her running pain free then built her belief and performance to compete in hybrid fitness events.
She has now competed in 2 doubles events with more planned, including solo races. This was topped off with a top placing in the UK for her age group at the ATHX Games.

Netball and cheerleading are part of who Erin is! So coming back from ACL surgery she wanted a coach she could trust to get her back on the court and keep her injury free!
Erin was also getting married and wanted to feel her most confident self for her big day. So we created a plan that would support her sport performance and also get her wedding ready.
She now feels stronger and fitter than before she even did her ACL (which she would never have believed before!) and felt amazing on her wedding day!
Now Erin has also started competing in hybrid events with her first being the Battle Cancer challenge where she joined a team of clients to raise money for Macmillan.

Ronan came to us already fit. He used to play football and could smash out a half-marathon on the weekend if he wanted.

Sport has been my life since before I can remember! I was so passionate about it I went on to University to complete my BSc Hons, Masters, and PhD in this field (yes I am actually Dr Forsyth!). So I have spent the past 15 years learning about the human body, how it moves, and how to move it. Movement and running analysis are my thing!
As a coach I have trained people for years - all ages, abilities, and sports! But this doesn't just mean I can help you. I know I can do that because 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.
I spent years neglecting my strength and conditioning which left me warming the bench in netball. This is when things started to shift. I started to push my limits in training and get comfortable being uncomfortable. I still didn't really know what I was doing though and I stumbled my way through my gym classes, Kayla Itsines workouts, and body building training to try and achieve the results I was after - but failing to do so.
In 2017 I invested in a coach as I wanted more. I wanted to stop believing that just because I had never got the results I wanted didn't mean that was just the way it was. I stopped cutting corners and neglecting essential pieces of the puzzle like my nutrition.
I took it too far though and started to neglect my health. Although I appeared 'healthy' this wasn't true. In 2017 I lost my period for 3 years from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. This was originally misdiagnosed as PCOS and is something I am now very passionate about helping other women with.
I think a lot of people think the way I live my life now is how I always have. But this could not be further from the truth.
I have so much respect for my body and what it can do. I am proud to call it my home and that brings me confidence in what I do. This has only grown since I became a mum to Oscar in 2022 and then Hunter in 2026 💙
I now help people like you realise that they can still be athletic as they get older and to stay excited by life, and that you can do anything you want.
