Going to the gym but not really knowing what to do
Sick of gym programmes not focusing on all-round athletic ability and missing the mark for runners and people playing sport

As a UKSCA accredited coach we know how to create effective programmes that don't miss the mark.
If you want to PERFORM your programme needs to reflect this - which most other programmes don't!
With a PhD in biomechanics and years of experience looking at how people move we help clients move confidently, pain free, and always seeing progress.
This is our bread and butter here and where we really excel - seeing what others can't or don't know what to look for!
We keep you accountable.
Through our training app we have weekly check ins and a community to support your progress.
But we also create a space to educate! Our S&C hub hosts short and snappy info covering training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle!

Sport has been my life since before I can remember! I was so passionate about it I went on to University to complete my BSc Hons, Masters, and PhD in this field (yes I am actually Dr Forsyth!). So I have spent the past 15 years learning about the human body, how it moves, and how to move it. Movement and running analysis are my thing!
As a coach I have trained people for years - all ages, abilities, and sports! But this doesn't just mean I can help you. I know I can do that because 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.
I spent years neglecting my strength and conditioning which left me warming the bench in netball. This is when things started to shift. I started to push my limits in training and get comfortable being uncomfortable. I still didn't really know what I was doing though and I stumbled my way through my gym classes, Kayla Itsines workouts, and body building training to try and achieve the results I was after - but failing to do so.
In 2017 I invested in a coach as I wanted more. I wanted to stop believing that just because I had never got the results I wanted didn't mean that was just the way it was. I stopped cutting corners and neglecting essential pieces of the puzzle like my nutrition.
I took it too far though and started to neglect my health. Although I appeared 'healthy' this wasn't true. In 2017 I lost my period for 3 years from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. This was originally misdiagnosed as PCOS and is something I am now very passionate about helping other women with.
I think a lot of people think the way I live my life now is how I always have. But this could not be further from the truth.
I have so much respect for my body and what it can do. I am proud to call it my home and that brings me confidence in what I do. This has only grown since I became a mum to Oscar in 2022 💙
I now help people like you realise that things don't have to be the way they are if you don't want them to be.
You are the main character in your own life's movie. You have the key to unlocking your potential.
