We focus on all-round athletic ability including plyometrics/ballistics, acceleration, speed, agility, strength, and balance.
All while focusing on technique, quality of movement, and intensity.
This is different to a lot of S&C where the goal is really conditioning and just trying to tire players out. This does not translate to faster and more robust or athletic athletes.

She liked how the coach showed us how to do things right/well rather than telling us it was wrong. Much more positive way to teach.
My child is stronger at jumping/leaping so the ball due to the specific training techniques shown. This has allowed her to increase her percentage of rebounds caught during the game."

Sport has been my life since before I can remember! I was so passionate about it I went on to University to complete my BSc Hons, Masters, and PhD in this field (yes I am actually Dr Forsyth!). So I have spent the past 15 years learning about the human body, how it moves, and how to move it. Movement and running analysis are my thing!
I myself have always played sport.
Playing tennis from 3 years old, representing my county across all junior age groups, and winning national competitions.
To moving over to netball and representing at district level as a junior, Leeds Uni & Scottish uni a as a senior, & playing for top Scottish club team.
I have lived where your kids are at, and I want to provide the elite support that they deserve that was missing for many years.
I also now am a mum to my 2 boys and I want to help build your kid's confidence in themselves the way I hope to build my boys too!
Having played netball for 13 years it is through my time playing at the University of Strathclyde which motivated me to become a S&C coach.
Coaching kids is so rewarding as you see their confidence grow and improve as athletes.
I am passionate about making sure kids have a positive and fun space to be active in and enjoy sport as much as I did when I was younger!
I have coached kids in various sports such as netball, athletics, rugby and football.

I really enjoy motivating people and helping them become the best version of themselves. That’s why I wanted to be a coach!
I think this is especially important for kids, as positive coaching at a young age can have a big impact on their confidence and development, which is something I’m passionate about.
